Til Ke Laddoo is the perfect and nutritious recipe for winter. It is prepared using jaggery, which is a healthier sweetener as compared to sugar. This tasty and nutritious treat can be enjoyed by anyone in the family. • Dry roast white sesame seeds and black sesame seeds in a pan. • Heat LITE HOUSE Rice Bran Oil in a kadhai and stir fry peanuts and cashews till golden brown. • In another pan, take jaggery and water. • Keeping the flame on low, stir well to dissolve the jaggery. • Boil the jaggery syrup for 5 minutes. Drop a bit of the jaggery syrup into a bowl of water and take it out. If it makes a ball, the syrup is done. • Turn off the flame and add roasted sesame seeds, peanuts, cashews and cardamom powder. • Combine well. • Cool the mixture till it can be handled by hands. • Grease hands with a little Rice Bran Oil and roll the mixture into laddoos. • Serve til laddoos fresh or store in an airtight container for up to a month. Til Ke Laddoo METHOD: INGREDIENTS: • ½ Cup white sesame seeds • ½ Cup black sesame seeds • 1 Cup jaggery • ¼ Cup water • 2 Tablespoons of roasted and crushed peanuts • 2 Tablespoons of chopped cashews • ½ Teaspoon cardamom powder • 2 Tablespoons LITE HOUSE Rice Bran Oil 2 Tasty&Crispy
