7 METHOD: • Mix flour, LITE HOUSE RICE Bran Oil and powdered sugar and knead into a hard dough. • Heat 2 tbsp LITE HOUSE RICE Bran Oil and sauté the dates well. • Add the dough in the frame/cookie cutter with a spoon, add 1-2 dates and shape the khajoor properly. • Make the portions and keep them aside to fry. • Once the balls are prepared, heat LITE HOUSE RICE Bran Oil in a kadai for deep frying. • Fry the khajoor on medium flame for 5-10 minutes or till golden brown. • Cool and serve.
