6 F R OM T H E K I T C H E N O F INGREDIENTS: • 250 g atta • 200 g spinach leaves, washed • ½ tsp ginger paste • ¼ tsp red chilli powder • ¼ tsp garam masala • 1 tsp salt • LITE HOUSE RICE Bran Oil for frying and kneading the dough METHOD: • Grind the spinach leaves to fine paste in a mixer-blender. • Take out the spinach mixture in a large bowl and add atta, 1 tbsp LITE HOUSE RICE Bran Oil and the spices to it. • Mix the ingredients and knead the soft dough, adding water if needed. • Divide the dough into small balls and roll them out to make the kachoris. • Heat a sufficient quantity LITE HOUSE RICE Bran Oil in a kadhai. • Fry the kachoris till puffed. • Serve palak khasta kachori hot and fresh.
