METHOD: • Heat LITE HOUSE RICE Bran Oil in a shallow vessel over medium heat. • Add besan and sauté till the colour changes to reddish and turns aromatic. • Take the besan off of the flame and sprinkle half a spoon of water. • Let the besan cool completely. • After the mixtures cools completely, addsugar and elaichi powder and mix it well. • Bind the mixture into small balls or any desired shape. • Garnish every ball with a cashew nut and serve. • 250 g besan • 200 ml LITE HOUSE RICE Bran Oil • 250 g powdered sugar • 1 tsp cardamom powder • 50 g cashew nuts INGREDIENTS:
