The hair on your head keeps your head warm and provides a little cushioning for your skull. They need all the vitamins and minerals for proper nourishing and treatment. We should keep them healthy and manageable as much as we can. H

3 4 Basic tips to keep your hair healthy! Comb wet hair with extreme care because they're fragile and prone to breakage. Take a broad toothed comb and run it from the roots to the ends of your hair as gently as possible. Trim your hair every few weeks to get rid of those brown and rough split ends. Cut about 1/4th an inch of your hair every 6 to 8 weeks to avoid the split ends to grow out again. Don't wash your hair everyday and whenever you do, apply some conditioner on the ends. Try and use the same brand of shampoo and conditioner. Rinse the conditioner off with cold water as it is good for both strength and shine.

These recipes do not need to use the gas stove, making it easier for children and teens to start cooking. Family time is very important and precious, and today, with our busy schedules we tend to miss this time and are busy in our work. Let’s work on creating a funday with our kids and enjoy the Sunday. This month’s recipe is a quick Aloo and Paneer Roti wrap. Using just a handful of cooked ingredients, children can put together this simple dish in a matter of minutes, making it a filling snack or even suitable for lunch/dinner. • Take the roti on plate and spread jam on it. • Mash the potato, add salt and pepper. Mix it with the grated paneer. • Add a layer of potato and paneer stuffing in the roti and roll it up. • Serve with tomato ketchup or peanut butter and relish the taste with your kids. • 1 boiled aloo • 100g panner • 1 roti • 2 tbsp Jam METHOD: INGREDIENTS:

METHOD: • Heat LITE HOUSE RICE Bran Oil in a shallow vessel over medium heat. • Add besan and sauté till the colour changes to reddish and turns aromatic. • Take the besan off of the flame and sprinkle half a spoon of water. • Let the besan cool completely. • After the mixtures cools completely, addsugar and elaichi powder and mix it well. • Bind the mixture into small balls or any desired shape. • Garnish every ball with a cashew nut and serve. • 250 g besan • 200 ml LITE HOUSE RICE Bran Oil • 250 g powdered sugar • 1 tsp cardamom powder • 50 g cashew nuts INGREDIENTS:

6 F R OM T H E K I T C H E N O F INGREDIENTS: • 250 g atta • 200 g spinach leaves, washed • ½ tsp ginger paste • ¼ tsp red chilli powder • ¼ tsp garam masala • 1 tsp salt • LITE HOUSE RICE Bran Oil for frying and kneading the dough METHOD: • Grind the spinach leaves to fine paste in a mixer-blender. • Take out the spinach mixture in a large bowl and add atta, 1 tbsp LITE HOUSE RICE Bran Oil and the spices to it. • Mix the ingredients and knead the soft dough, adding water if needed. • Divide the dough into small balls and roll them out to make the kachoris. • Heat a sufficient quantity LITE HOUSE RICE Bran Oil in a kadhai. • Fry the kachoris till puffed. • Serve palak khasta kachori hot and fresh. 7 METHOD: • Mix flour, LITE HOUSE RICE Bran Oil and powdered sugar and knead into a hard dough. • Heat 2 tbsp LITE HOUSE RICE Bran Oil and sauté the dates well. • Add the dough in the frame/cookie cutter with a spoon, add 1-2 dates and shape the khajoor properly. • Make the portions and keep them aside to fry. • Once the balls are prepared, heat LITE HOUSE RICE Bran Oil in a kadai for deep frying. • Fry the khajoor on medium flame for 5-10 minutes or till golden brown. • Cool and serve.
