5 Sunday Funday Recipe: EASY-PEASY GRAPE JUICE HEALTHY Sunday FundayKids with Sunday Funday with Kids is curated especially with recipes that are for kids and youngsters who are keen to cook by making their near and dear ones happy and overjoyed. These recipes require no gas stove, which are fun for teens and children who loves cooking. Family time is full of fun when eveyone sits together, but today because we all are so busy with our schedules that we tend to forget that. • 2 cup grapes (seeds/seedless) • few chopped grapes • ¼ cup sugar • few ice cubes • 1 tbsp lemon juice • ¼ cup grape syrup (prepared) • water as required INGREDIENTS: • Take a large vessel with 2 cups of grapes. Add some water to the vessel and let the grapes boil in water for 5 minutes or until the grapes turn mushy. Stir occasionally. • Slightly mash the grapes and squeeze out the pulp with your hands. Let it cool completely. • Drain and filter the grape mixture to extract the juice. Transfer the juice to another vessel. • Now add sugar and mix well. Boil the juice with sugar to form a grape syrup for 2 minutes. • Turn off the flame and add lemon juice to it. Transfer to an air-tight container after cooling completely. • Take a glass with some ice cubes. Add the prepared grape syrup and chilled water. Garnish it with chopped fresh grapes. • Serve the Grape Juice chilled with some mint leaves. Enjoy! METHOD: *Note: This grape syrup can be stored in the refrigerator for at least 6 months.
METHOD: • In a mixer grinder, partially blend strawberries, watermelon, and some ice cubes. • Take out the slightly-blend mixture in a bowl. Scrape off the sides of the blender. • In the same blender, take banana, lime juice, and yogurt. 7 I Scream, You Scream, We all Scream for Oreo Ice-Cream Prepared by Mr. Rakesh Puri Mr. Rakesh Puri Vestige Distributor Delhi F R OM T H E K I T C H E N O F • 600 ml heavy cream/whipping cream • 395 gm condensed milk/milkmaid • 1 tsp vanilla extract • 133 gm Oreo biscuits INGREDIENTS: METHOD: • At first, take a large bowl with heavy cream and vanilla extract. Whip it at low to medium speed. Please make sure your bowl is chilled enough. • Beat it till the cream seems to have ribbon-like peaks. Now add the condensed milk and mix it well. • Crush the Oreo biscuits into a coarse powder. Transfer the Oreo powder to the creammixture while mixing gently. Mix until everything is combined well together. • Now transfer your ice creammixture into a tin or any box. Decorate the ice cream with Oreo pieces. • Cover the box with a cling wrap and put it in the freezer for at least 8 hours or until it sets completely. • After it sets and freezes properly, scoop Oreo Ice-Cream to enjoy with your family!

In the same pan, roast pistachios, walnuts, and cashews on low flame until they turn crunchy. • Further take pumpkin seeds, melon seeds, and sunflower seeds. Roast the seeds until turns crunchy. Now roast the oats to make them crispy. • Transfer the roasted oats onto the same plate as the other roasted items and let them cool completely. Add chia seeds and mix well with everything. • Once all the nuts cool down nicely, transfer everything to the mixer-grinder and blend to a fine powder. Make sure you pulse and then blend to prevent oil from releasing. • Sieve the powder to have a smoother powder mixture. Now add the milk powder and Vestige Veslim Shake. Mix well. • Heat 2 cups of milk on medium flame. Add 3 tbsps of the prepared powder and mix it well. • Enjoy your healthy Vestige Veslim Shake as a supplement or for even weight loss.
