5 Sunday Funday Recipe: MIXED-FRUITY POPSICLE HEALTHY Sunday FundayKids with Sunday Funday with Kids is curated especially with recipes that are for kids and youngsters who are keen to cook by making their near and dear ones happy and overjoyed. These recipes require no gas stove, which are fun for teens and children who loves cooking. Family time is full of fun when eveyone sits together, but today because we all are so busy with our schedules that we tend to forget that. Sandwiches are kid’s best friend. So, this time we are here with the Triple-Colour Sandwich recipe for your beloved kids. • Chopped Kiwi • Chopped Mango • Chopped Strawberry • Chopped Grapes • Coconut Water INGREDIENTS: • Into a popsicle mould, place few chopped kiwi, strawberry, mango and grapes. • Add coconut water to it. • Cover the popsicles and let them freeze for at least 8 hours or until it sets completely. • Unmould and enjoy your Mixed-Fruity Popsicle! METHOD:

Mr. Nishu Saini Silver Director METHOD: • Knead a smooth but tight dough with maida, a pinch of salt, ¼ cup of LITE HOUSE Rice Bran Oil and water as required. • Take 1 tsp of LITE HOUSE Rice Bran Oil in a pan. Put the pan on low flame while you add ½ cup of milk to it. Stir properly. • Add 1 cup of milk powder to the pan mixture. Mix really well with no lumps. Keep stirring on medium flame until it thickens and leaves the pan while holding a shape. Your instant mawa is now ready. Transfer to a bowl to let it cool. • Once the mawa cools completely add ½ cup of powdered sugar, 2 tbsp of cashews, 2 tbsp of raisins, 2 tbsp of cashews, 2 tbsp of almonds and cardamom powder. Mix well combining everything together. • Take another pan with ½ cup of sugar, ½ cup of water and few saffron threads. Mix well and let the sugar dissolve completely. Boil for 5 minutes and let it come to a sticky consistency. Now add cardamom powder. • Take a small ball-sized amount of the dough and with the help of a rolling pin, roll to in a round but slightly thick puri. • Now place a tbsp of the prepared mawa dry fruit stuffing. Shape the gunjiya with your hand or using a mould. Repeat with the rest of the dough as well. • Deep fry all the mawa gunjiyas on medium heat until they all turn golden brown. • Let the gunjiyas cool for 2 minutes, and then drop them into the prepared sugar syrup. Let it soak in for at least 5 minutes. • Enjoy your Chashni Wali Gunjiya hot or cold. Also, it can be stored in an airtight container for later use. • 2 cups of Maida/All Purpose Flour • LITE HOUSE Rice Bran Oil • ½ cup milk • 2 cups of water • 2 cups of sugar • 1 cup milk powder • 2 tbsp chopped cashews/kaju • 2 tbsp chopped pistachios/pista • 2 tbsp chopped almonds/badam • few saffron/kesar threads • 2 tbsp raisins/kishmish • 1 tsp cardamom powder • ¼ tsp salt INGREDIENTS: 6 F R OM T H E K I T C H E N O F Spread Sweetness with Chashni Wali Gunjiya prepared By Mr. Nishu Saini

7 HOLI with Classic Homemade Thandai Prepared by Ms. Rexona Begum • 2 tbsp pistachios • ¼ cup blanched almond/badam • ½ tbsp pepper • 8 pods cardamom • 3 tbsp dried rose petals • 2 tbsp fennel • ¼ cup cashew • 2 tbsp poppy seeds • ¼ cup melon seeds • ¼ tsp saffron • 1½ cup water (for soaking) • some sugar • some ice cubes • some milk INGREDIENTS: METHOD: • In a large bowl take ¼ cup of blanched almonds, ¼ cup of cashew, 2 tbsp of pistachios, ½ tbsp of pepper and ¼ cup of melon seeds. • Add 2 tbsp of poppy seeds, 8 pods of cardamom, 2 tbsp of fennel, 3 tbsp of rose petals and ¼ tsp saffron. • Add 1½ cup water and soak the dry fruits for at least 6 hours. After soaking for 6 hours, transfer to the mixer grinder along with the water and blend it into a very smooth paste. The thandai masala paste is ready. • In a blender take 3 tbsp of prepared thandai masala paste and 2 tbsp of sugar to prepare classic homemade thandai. • Add 1 cup of chilled milk and blend again. Transfer the thandai into the tall glass along with some ice cubes and garnish with more dry fruits and some dried rose petals. • Enjoy Classic Homemade Thandai! Place a large bowl over it, making sure that it doesn't touch the underneath water. • Add LITE HOUSE Rice Bran Oil and Zeta Premium coffee powder over the simmering water until it gets smooth. Stir until coffee powder is mixed nicely with melted chocolate. Remove the bowl from heat and let it cool completely. • Meanwhile, prepare the whipped cream by using a hand blender or a whisk or a mixer. Add 1 cup of thickened cream into the blender. Blend it for 40-50 seconds till the cream turns fluffy and light. Do not over blend. • Add 2-3 tbsp of prepared whipped cream to the cooled melted chocolate. Gently use cut and fold method to mix. Add the rest of the whipped cream as well and keep folding. • Now pour the prepared mixture to glasses. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours or till they turn thick. METHOD: • 200 gms of milk chocolate (dairy milk) • ¼ tsp Zeta Premium coffee powder • 1 cup thickened cream (35% milk fat) • 1 tsp LITE HOUSE Rice Bran Oil • 2 tbsp tutti-frutti • 2 tbsp choco chips • whipped cream (for garnish) INGREDIENTS Chocolatey Eggless-Choco Mousse Prepared by Mr. Keshav Kumar Singh • For decoration, take any zip lock bag and pour the prepared whipped cream to it. Squeeze it to create a cone from it. Now cut the tip of your cone. Squeeze it onto the refrigerated mousse. Garnish it with few choco chips and some tutti frutti. • Finally, enjoy your Eggless Choco Mouse chilled.
