INTRODUCTION

Vestige Heart to Heart Foundation institutes merit scholarship in the memory of Late Shri S. D. Singh Bali & Smt. Adesh Bali for meritorious students who are willing to pursue higher education but with limited financial means to do so.

There are two kinds of scholarships:

  1. Merit Scholarship.
  2. Need Based Scholarship.

Eligibility

  • 90% aggregate (75% for need based scholarship) and above in CBSE / ICSE / State Board of Class XII, 2020.
  • Annual income of the entire family (including parent or guardian) should not be more than Rs. 3.00 Lakh (Rs. 2.00 Lakh for need based) per annum from all sources.
  • Priority will be given to children of Vestige distributors who have been active for at least 2 years. An active distributor means they have purchased/earned continuously for 24 months without break.
  • The scholarship amount shall not exceed Rs. 2 lakh per student per year. Refer to detailed terms and conditions.
  • Only one student will be selected.
  • Differently abled students shall be given preference in need based scholarship.
  • Over and above the number of scholarships under this category, the children undergoing Professional Courses, where financial assistance is already provided to spouses of the deceased members from VHHF shall also be eligible for scholarship.

How to Apply:

Along with the application the following enclosures will have to be furnished:

  • Fill application form in prescribed online Form 1 completely.
  • Academic record –Self attested copies of relevant certificates or mark sheets for the qualifying examination. Present original for verification.
  • Proof of family along with Aadhar card, PAN, utilities bill, etc.
  • Proof of annual income - Proof of income shall include acknowledgement of income tax or income certificate from revenue official or Gazetted Officer or public representative in form 2.
  • Proof of joining a professional course (form 3). Provide all relevant details along with form 4.

DETAILED TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR SCHOLARSHIP -2020

  1. Final decision is solely at the discretion of the trustee(s) of Vestige Heart to Heart Foundation. No reason shall be provided for rejection of an application for grant of scholarship.
  2. Merit scholarship (Scholarship) is for the purpose of higher education (graduation) for pursuing professional education in various fields.
  3. Scholarship shall be considered for the aggregate cost of registration for professional course, course material, mess fee and hostel fee and shall not exceed the maximum amount of scholarship. No personal expenses shall be considered for scholarship.
  4. A candidate may apply for only once for scholarship for any one professional course of study.
  5. All the points must be answered as stated in the scholarship application.
  6. Candidate must submit the course fee duly authenticated by the professional institution.
  7. Payments shall be remitted periodically to the candidate / institution as per the payment schedule.
  8. The candidate must accept all the terms and conditions attached to the scholarship.
  9. In case the candidate opts out of the course or drops a semester, for whatsoever reasons, the scholarship shall be discontinued with immediate effect.
  10. The candidate must submit the proof of his performance and mark sheet of periodical examination on a regular basis.
  11. Failure in any examination or non-furnishing of such testimonials shall be construed as discontinuance from the professional course.
  12. Scholarship once declined / discontinued cannot be renewed / revalidated.
  13.   14. Submission of Scholarship-2020 Application Form: The duly completed Scholarship Application Form should reach to The Trustee, VHHF, before the last date i.e. 30TH OCTOBER 2020.
